Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. One week down...

Here's what I ended up doing this week...

Sunday: Interval bike ride: 15.5 miles, 50:00. 5 minute intervals of low resistance and high resistance. Lift arms and shoulders.
Monday: Jog/Run.
Tuesday: First swim! WU: 4x100; kickboard 2x50, 10x50 @ moderate pace, 1x50 with leg floats, 1x50 counting strokes, 3x75 regular pace; CD: 1x100. Total 1375 yards.
Wednesday: day off :)
Thursday: Interval run - WU: 10 min, very slow. Run at tempo 3x10 with 3 min jog/walk breaks. CD: 10 min jog. Total: 4.5 miles, about an hour
Friday: Swim - WU: 4x100; kickboard 2x50, 10x50 @ moderate pace, kickboard sprints 2x50, 2x50 with leg floats, 4x25 sprint with 25 pull-ups; CD: 1x100. Total: 1400 yds.
Saturday: Long run - 6.1 miles, 58:00, rolling hills on pavement, 50% against wind

My conclusions: I feel good & I need to sleep more...
