Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured suck opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Hebrews 12:1-3

Official first day of biking
I did 15 miles with varying intensity on a stationary bike today. My rear hurts.
I am a Christian, wife, daughter, sister, friend, speech pathologist, lover of animals, adventure seeker, reader, scrapbooker, helper, type A personality checklist nut, missionary, athlete, and trying-to-be naturalist. I'm on a journey with God and my husband, Jon. I'm blessed in more ways than I could possibly share with you, but I'm sinful and most days forget how truly blessed I am. Join me on my journey!
I started running my junior year of college due to some peer pressure from a roommate. She made me do a 2-mile fun run with her... and it was all downhill from there! I can't get enough! Right now, I'm looking for new challenges and trying to stay healthy. So my new challange is a Sprint Triathalon....wish me luck!
