Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured suck opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Week 3 Training

Sunday: Day off (family was in town)
Monday: Swim workout.
Tuesday: Sprint workout in the gym. Lift arms.
Wednesday: Bike work out. 10 min warm up and medium resistance. 4x5 min at higher resistance with 5 min rest inbetween. 10 single leg drills 1 min ea. 10 min cool down.
Thursday: Long swim. Will post exact work out later...
Friday: Day off before long run
Saturday: Long run split between elliptical and treadmill. The outside of my calf was hurting really bad and I didn't want to strain it.
